The Direct Support Professional — Day Training role is an onsite, full-time position in Owensboro, KY, with a starting rate of $16 per hour. The professional promotes individuals’ safety, dignity, and well-being while implementing care plans and assisting with daily living. The role also provides emotional support, helps coordinate transportation and appointments, and participates as a member of each individual’s care team.

What you'll do

• Respect individuals’ rights and dignity
• support safety and well-being and implement care plans
• report suspected abuse according to policy
• participate in care teams
• assist with daily living activities
• provide emotional support
• arrange or provide transportation to services and appointments
• participate in medical appointments and follow-up care as directed.
