Job overview

The Kia Automotive Technician role is onsite in Lincolnwood, IL. Pay is $20.50–$47.50 per hour, based on experience, ASE certifications, and/or training. Berman Kia’s service team supports vehicle repair and maintenance and customer satisfaction. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicle systems and performs inspections and maintenance according to brand standards. Ongoing training and communication with service colleagues support technical development, reliable repairs, and a smooth customer-service workflow.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• perform engine, transmission, and suspension repairs
• conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors
• follow brand standards and procedures
• participate in ongoing training
• maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace
• communicate with the service team.
