What you'll do

• Hire, train, and coach staff
• improve processes for quality, profitability, and growth
• support a positive team culture and resolve personnel issues
• implement training in safety and equipment maintenance
• oversee payroll reporting, service completion, routing, scheduling, gross margins, and owner reporting processes
• work with the owner on sales goals and accounts
• implement franchise systems
• handle personnel matters including hiring, promotion, discipline, and vacation schedules
• operate and maintain lawn equipment
• obtain required certifications and licenses within six months if needed.
