The role combines diagnostic assessment and direct care, when necessary, with planning, staff development, compliance, and coordination with clinical leadership and community stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic interviews and admission screenings
• develop recovery care plans with SMART goals, objectives, and interventions
• complete interpretive summaries and timely reports
• oversee daily program operations, staff supervision, chart audits, training, safety, and program outcomes
• develop and implement annual plans
• collaborate with the Clinical Officer, therapists, staff, schools, and stakeholders
• participate in treatment team, PQI, and collaborative meetings
• provide direct care as necessary
• review monthly financial reports.

Why this role
