What you'll do

• Interpret project plans and specifications
• review design documents for constructability
• monitor construction and resolve field issues
• maintain project files and record drawings
• guide inspectors and field staff
• conduct site observations, inspections, and material testing as needed
• prepare change orders, permits, reports, specifications, estimates, and status updates
• review shop drawings, contractor claims, requests for information, and payment applications
• communicate with owners, contractors, inspectors, and engineers
• monitor task budgets and schedules
• support proposals and client relations
• maintain a safe work environment.
