Compensation is $22–$31 per hour. The Community Engagement Specialist is an onsite role based in Denver, CO. , with a base pay range of $21.90 to $30.70 per hour. This position supports the Strategy, Outreach & Advocacy department by coordinating community and employee engagement programs. This role provides administrative and operational support for sponsorship activities, volunteer initiatives, and community events. It involves maintaining processes, communications, and logistics to ensure programs are organized and aligned with department priorities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate community and employee engagement programs including volunteer initiatives and community drives.
• Manage sponsorship activities, including payment processing and tracking.
• Support event logistics for conferences and meetings.
• Maintain engagement data, trackers, and calendars.
• Provide administrative support for department leadership.
