The stated salary is $60,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. The role supports the firm’s two full-time litigation attorneys on immigration court and federal district court matters. The paralegal coordinates cases from intake through final filing, helping keep litigation and removal-defense matters organized and moving efficiently. The work includes preparing filings, tracking deadlines, maintaining case records, and communicating case status to attorneys and clients.

What you'll do

• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and exhibits through CM/ECF and ECAS
• draft case-related correspondence
• support federal litigation preparation
• calendar filing deadlines and hearing dates
• organize discovery, service, exhibits, and trial materials
• maintain case files and document controls
• track budgets and billing entries
• update attorneys on case status.
