What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff-side workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
• develop litigation strategy and evidence-driven cases
• take and defend depositions
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and hearing materials
• negotiate settlements
• represent clients before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission
• work with medical providers and vocational experts
• counsel clients throughout litigation.
