What you'll do

• Process applications and supporting documents
• determine routine eligibility within delegated authority
• maintain accurate CRM, SIS, and document records
• serve prospective students, applicants, families, and visitors across in-person and electronic channels
• explain admissions requirements and next steps
• manage assigned prospect and applicant outreach
• conduct tours, information sessions, and presentations
• participate in recruitment and enrollment events
• support shared queues, data quality, and workflow improvements.
