What you'll do

• Track and analyze Business Development Team programs
• provide administrative support to the Director of Business Development
• run department reports
• promote field trainings and calls
• provide occasional field touch points
• support home-office events
• track field programs including Meetups and Accelerated Leadership
• manage the department calendar
• publish and promote trainings and calls on social media
• prepare event-recognition reports
• track IBO incentives and programs
• support internal communications and field development.
