What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and activity
• document incidents and patrols
• communicate with property management and public service personnel.
