What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
• troubleshoot home network configurations, connectivity, and equipment failures
• serve as an escalation point from Tier 1
• document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• collaborate with Tier 3 engineers and internal teams
• explain solutions to customers
• and monitor network performance for potential issues.
