Registered Nurse (RN) — MDS Coordinator

What you'll do

• Participate in developing individualized resident care plans
• ensure plans are completed, updated, and reviewed according to RAI guidelines and resident needs
• manage the Clinical and Prospective Payment System MDS schedule
• organize assessments and documentation for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and HMO reimbursement
• coordinate the MDS process for regulatory compliance
• participate in pre-admission evaluations and level-of-care determinations
• review assessments and documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• monitor compliance reports and Quality Indicator findings
• maintain knowledge of applicable regulations.
