What you'll do
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- order medications
- transcribe, document, and implement orders
- assess residents during each shift
- communicate shift reports and essential information
- make rounds at least every two hours
- collaborate on nursing care plans
- participate in resident care conferences
- assist physicians with rounds and procedures
- support nursing assistant evaluations and training
- and notify supervisors, physicians, and families of changes in resident condition.
