Vice President of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing role is onsite in Columbia, MO. The salary range is $130,000–$155,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of up to 12%. The position supports an expanding automotive repair and maintenance services organization seeking stronger brand reach, customer acquisition, and growth across service locations. The role leads integrated marketing across markets to increase customer acquisition and retention and support location-level revenue goals. It also builds the internal marketing team, manages agencies and budgets, and partners with service and commercial leaders to improve customer experience and support expansion.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy across service markets
• lead brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, and local campaigns
• manage paid search, social media, email, website, and customer relationship marketing
• develop seasonal promotions
• analyze customer behavior and campaign performance
• oversee agencies, platforms, media partners, and budgets
• support new-location openings and market entry
• partner with service and commercial leaders
• build and develop the internal marketing team.
