What you'll do

• Draft and handle pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
• draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions
• conduct legal research
• prepare and take depositions
• review client documents and prepare case evaluations and status correspondence
• handle matters from inception to trial
• assist with mediations and court appearances
• interact with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff.
