What you'll do

• guide junior engineers and cross-functional teams
• oversee project lifecycles from requirements through testing, commissioning, and maintenance
• optimize systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• troubleshoot power system issues
• collaborate with suppliers on component selection
• create technical documentation
• contribute to R&D initiatives and patent filings as needed.
