What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention of employees
• facilitate front desk associate training, including coaching and role-play for membership sales
• manage team schedules
• collaborate with the Spa Director on individual and retreat goals
• support guest service and consistent use of the operating system
• assist with revenue, profitability, inventory, and daily operations.
