The Forklift Operator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $18 per hour. PLA is a supply-chain solutions provider offering pallet management, third-party logistics, reverse logistics, and freight brokerage and transportation management services. The operator moves pallets and materials safely and accurately to support warehouse operations. The role helps maintain organized inventory, verify trailer loads, and ensure material movements are documented and handled according to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate a sit-down forklift
• load and unload pallets from trailers
• move pallets to assigned warehouse locations
• complete daily forklift inspections
• safely replenish tanks or charge electric forklifts
• verify load counts and documentation
• mark and account for moved materials
• maintain a clean and orderly work area
• follow safety policies and assist in other warehouse areas as assigned.

Why this role

Forklift certification is provided onsite if needed; at least six months of forklift experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; guaranteed $0.50-per-hour increases at 90 days, one year, and annually thereafter for five years.
