What you'll do

• Lead and manage the engineering team
• develop system architecture and define interfaces
• decompose stakeholder needs into system, subsystem, component, and procurement requirements
• allocate and maintain requirements traceability and change records
• manage engineering deliverables, roadmaps, resources, and risks
• recruit and develop staff
• coordinate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• advance engineering processes and communicate status.
