Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Kenosha, WI. Compensation is $28–$37 per hour. The technician supports production equipment and works closely with production to minimize downtime. The role exists to keep equipment operating safely and reliably through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements. It also identifies recurring problems and documents maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• repair or replace machine components
• troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, sensors, and other electrical components
• work around PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs
• assist with installations, startups, and improvements
• recommend long-term solutions to recurring problems
• complete work orders and document repairs
• follow LOTO and plant safety procedures.
