What you'll do

• Greet and check in customers
• listen to concerns and communicate vehicle service and repair needs
• present recommended repairs and maintenance and discuss pricing
• keep customers informed during repairs
• manage multiple customers and repair orders
• dispatch work through the shop dispatch board and coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• follow established sales, customer-service, communication, and workflow processes
• maintain accurate customer communications.
