Resident Care Coordinator

What you'll do

• Assist with preparation and final approval of resident service plans and assessments
• complete assessments at admission, quarterly, and when conditions change
• liaise on health-related issues
• attend monthly care conferences and staff meetings
• train and monitor staff in medication handling and distribution
• maintain accurate medication administration records in BlueStep
• coordinate caregiver delegation with the RN delegator
• complete LOCA assessments for Executive Director review
• participate in weekend management rotation
• approve timecards
• support recruitment and admissions and marketing as needed.
