What you'll do

• Assist residents to and from activities and meals according to individual service plans
• encourage residents to do as much of their own care as possible
• serve meals and report changes in eating habits
• participate in leisure activities
• maintain daily records and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
• perform housekeeping and laundry
• call for nursing assistance when needed
• follow emergency procedures and respond to requests for help.
