Field Service Supervisor

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service-line crew operations
• ensure required equipment is available and operational
• inspect equipment and work areas and address deficiencies
• perform preventative and corrective equipment maintenance when required
• complete and submit service paperwork
• train Technicians I and II
• operate service-line equipment and provide industrial services using established methods
• lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies
• direct and assist crew members
• manage job progress and resources
• follow applicable compliance and vehicle-operation requirements
• be available for emergency-response on-call rotation every other week when applicable.
