Home Care Aide

Job overview

The Home Care Aide role provides onsite care in clients’ homes in and around Martinsburg and Inwood, WV, with evening shifts that may run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, with $2 more on weekends and double-time on company holidays. Home Helpers of Martinsburg supports seniors and others in maintaining independence and dignity at home. The aide assists clients with daily living and medication needs, encourages activities and social connection, and records care. Communication with families and healthcare teams helps coordinate consistent support in the home.

What you'll do
