Accounting Supervisor

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries
• support month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• prepare and review account reconciliations
• coordinate reporting and data loads
• supervise AP and AR operations
• oversee invoice processing, payments, cash application, and account maintenance
• maintain internal controls and audit-ready documentation
• support SOX compliance and audits
• serve as a finance key user for SAP
• support finance applications and reporting tools
• improve processes through automation and redesign
• document processes and train users
• supervise, coach, and develop AP and AR team members.
