The paralegal supports attorneys throughout personal injury litigation, helping move cases from preparation through resolution. The work includes drafting and organizing case materials, tracking deadlines, communicating with case participants, and preparing for hearings, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.

What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents
• organize medical records, case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
• assist with investigations and preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• track court deadlines and case milestones
• communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and other parties
• prepare settlement packages, exhibits, and negotiation and trial materials
• maintain electronic and physical case files
• provide litigation support across a personal injury caseload.
