What you'll do
- Conducts in-home visits to monitor Home Care Aide performance and client condition.
- Reviews Welcome Packets with new clients.
- Prepares evaluation reports and case notes.
- Maintains compliance with Department on Aging, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
- Attends branch meetings and manages scheduling for home visits.
