Registered Nurse (RN) — Weekend Warrior is an onsite role in Meadville, PA, paying $40 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess resident care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate nursing outcomes
• participate in developing individualized care plans
• assess and document resident condition and needs
• assign team members according to resident needs and staff qualifications
• implement physician orders
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures
• coordinate care for residents receiving therapy or procedures
• document observations and reactions
• assist with emergency measures
• supervise and support LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
