The Area Process Lead is an onsite role based in Gaylord, MN, with a pay range of $25.50 - $30.60 per hour. This position is a critical member of the continuous improvement team at Michael Foods, focused on driving improvements on a specific line or area. This role exists to perform loss analysis, build capability, and eliminate non-value-added work. It contributes to the team by developing technical understanding of process control and serving as the Centerline owner for the line.

What you'll do

• Facilitate line loss analysis and develop improvement plans.
• Lead root cause problem solving.
• Develop control strategies and troubleshooting guides.
• Coach operators on Centerline adherence.
• Maintain data integrity and OEE calculations.
