What you'll do

• Meet weekly with unlicensed clinicians for individual and group supervision and verify supervision hours
• participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation and provide clinical consultation during crisis calls
• monitor clinical documentation for Medi-Cal and Fresno County DBH standards
• assist with audits, training, reporting, staff scheduling, and policy development
• maintain knowledge of BBS licensing requirements and local resources. May perform comprehensive intake assessments.
