What you'll do

• Assist patients, families, employees, and visitors
• monitor visitor traffic and patrol designated areas
• investigate and report incidents
• monitor security systems
• respond to security issues and emergency codes
• de-escalate potentially violent situations
• follow clinical staff direction during restraints
• support lockdown, traffic, crowd-control, and decontamination procedures
• maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.
