What you'll do

• Partner with project teams to translate evaluation needs into lab requirements
• advise on lab offerings, platforms, constraints, and use
• troubleshoot operating systems, endpoints, cloud services, connectivity, identity, compatibility, and integrations
• administer and support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments
• automate infrastructure tasks where appropriate
• maintain technical documentation
• partner on platform enhancements and service improvements.
