What you'll do

• Develop and oversee the annual operating budget with department heads and the Executive Director
• provide financial forecasts and analysis to senior management and the Board
• prepare and present monthly financial statements
• reconcile accounts
• ensure financial compliance and submit required reports
• oversee accounts payable and receivable
• enter fiscal data in QuickBooks or other accounting software
• use Virtuous CRM for donor management
• monitor cash balances
• oversee tax returns and Form 990 preparation
• coordinate the annual audit
• assist with dashboard data and reporting improvements
• review and maintain agreements, contracts, leases, licenses, permits, vendor contracts, and grants
• attend board and staff meetings and assist with fundraisers as required.
