What you'll do

• Build, configure, upgrade, and deploy desktops, laptops, and tablets
• stage devices and apply operating-system images, software, and security configurations
• maintain BIOS/UEFI, firmware, drivers, and updates
• run diagnostics and performance tests
• verify network connectivity
• troubleshoot hardware and deployment issues
• record asset and configuration details
• manage inventory and logistics
• package and ship equipment throughout the United States
• follow ESD, safety, security, and quality procedures.
