What you'll do

• Train nurses and caregivers on device operation, maintenance, and readings
• provide onsite and remote support for common device and system issues
• coordinate telehealth assessments with nurse practitioners
• support basic reviews for stable patients
• troubleshoot device and connectivity issues and escalate complex cases
• maintain and replace devices, apply firmware updates, and support installation, calibration, pairing, and setup tests
• follow HIPAA, safety, and infection-control requirements
• log service activity and maintain device inventory
• relay field feedback to product and engineering teams.
