Specimen Collector II

Job overview

The Specimen Collector II role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and travel throughout Washington. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Millennium Health is an accredited specialty laboratory providing medication monitoring and drug testing services that support clinical decision-making. The role collects and processes patient urine and oral-fluid specimens, maintains accurate collection records, and serves as a link between clinics and the laboratory. It supports reliable specimen handling and patient service; observed collections are performed when applicable.

What you'll do

• Collect patient urine and/or oral-fluid specimens
• process and package collections for shipping
• serve as an intermediary between clinics and the laboratory
• record patient, physician-order, and laboratory information
• resolve specimen concerns involving billing or patient information
• maintain collection supplies
• observe collections when applicable.
