Lead Low Voltage Technician

What you'll do

• Install copper and fiber optic structured cabling
• interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot cables
• operate testing equipment
• lead teams of 3–5 technicians and installers
• train and mentor team members
• monitor jobsite organization, safety, and quality
• follow industry standards and client requirements
• identify technical issues and recommend solutions
• communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
