What you'll do

• Coordinate vendors, tradespeople, and subcontractors for repairs
• manage an on-site foreman for each active project
• order construction materials and approve purchase orders
• align budgets with estimates and collect accounts receivable
• communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
• provide weekly project status reports
• monitor job-site safety, quality control, and training needs
• coach team members and conduct performance reviews
• participate in a weekly manager on-call rotation.
