HVAC Service Technician — Journeyman

The HVAC Service Technician — Journeyman role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Pay is $20–$35 per hour. The technician joins Service Wizards’ Tulsa team, providing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for customers. The role diagnoses and resolves HVAC equipment problems, performs service and startup work, and explains equipment operation and maintenance to homeowners. Accurate service documentation and quality repairs support customer service and reliable equipment performance.

What you'll do

• Service, repair, or propose replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, piping, and electrical components
• service and start up equipment to manufacturer and job specifications
• troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• explain equipment operation and owner maintenance to customers
• document calls, recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations
• obtain client signatures and collect payments as directed.
