• Lead and support technology and commercial transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate technology, outsourcing, and commercial agreements
• advise on information technology, AI, blockchain, digital health, telecommunications, and other emerging technologies
• collaborate with attorneys and clients
• use legal technology and AI tools for transaction management.
