What you'll do
- Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify nursing care plans
- provide patient and family health teaching and discharge planning
- document patient responses and medication effectiveness
- conduct safety rounds
- administer medications and prescribed treatments
- participate in performance improvement and orient students and new staff. Schedule is 7 p.m.–7 a.m., rotating days, with every other weekend as needed.
