What you'll do

• Set up IT hardware and provide customer network and endpoint support
• troubleshoot connected devices
• remediate security vulnerabilities or request appropriate action
• collaborate with operations groups on improvement projects
• assist with on-premise, cloud, or hybrid networking solutions
• provide onsite customer troubleshooting and repair
• document work performed
• respond to after-hours and weekend calls and texts in a timely manner.
