What you'll do

• Maintain inventory levels of petroleum products, fuel, paint, parts, and shop supplies across locations
• complete daily corrections and monthly inventory reports
• assist with ordering and shipping
• manage vendor relationships and costs
• prepare stock requisitions and orders
• oversee receiving reports
• track warranty parts
• issue parts to fleet mechanics
• maintain parts-room organization and records
• track credits for used-oil pickups and scrap reimbursements
• coordinate with management
• provide backup to the Day Parts Manager.
