What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers and coworkers in person and by phone
• give accurate schedule, pricing and policy information
• process tickets using ticketing systems and online software
• work independently and multitask
• coordinate with drivers to resolve passenger issues
• attend to terminal and surrounding-area cleanliness
• handle cash and complete accurate end-of-shift cash-outs
• maintain attendance and follow company policies.
