What you'll do

• Prepare and stock line stations
• cook assigned menu items from POS tickets and banquet sheets
• plate dishes
• coordinate ticket timing with other line cooks
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas
• follow food-handling procedures
• monitor food costs and inventory
• attend meetings and training.
