What you'll do

• Seat guests and present menus
• recommend food and wine pairings
• coordinate with back servers and kitchen staff
• enter orders into Micros and process payments
• check identification for alcohol service
• maintain and reset tables
• check on guests and address problems
• assist with phones, call-aheads, takeout orders, and guest seating
• prepare food stations for service.
