What you'll do

• Answer calls and client communications
• schedule appointments and assist with questions
• welcome clients and patients, manage check-in and checkout, and process payments
• maintain client and patient records
• assist veterinarians and technicians with patient handling, restraint, and care
• prepare exam rooms
• clean and disinfect rooms, kennels, equipment, and common areas
• help with laundry, stocking, and hospital organization.
