Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative role is onsite in Sandwich, MA, with compensation of $20.00–$22.50 per hour. The position supports Cape Cod Orthopaedics’ providers and clinical staff in delivering orthopedic care to the community. As a first point of contact, the representative helps create a positive patient experience and supports efficient clinic operations. The role combines patient registration, communication, payment processing, records maintenance, and coordination with clinical colleagues.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• register new patients and update demographic and insurance information
• answer and direct calls and address patient questions
• collect co-pays and balances and process payments
• maintain accurate electronic medical records
• coordinate with physicians, medical assistants, and other team members to support patient flow
• protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA
• perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Why this role
